Rent a screening room with Pickford Film Center! The ideal location for your next screening, presentation, or meeting could Pickford Film Center or PFC's Limelight Cinema. These locations are currently available and are the perfect solution for when you need a big screen and comfortable seating.
Pickford Film Center is located at 1318 Bay Street in the heart of Old Town and the Bellingham Arts District. We are capable of running 35mm film, as well as most digital presentation media in high definition. We have laptop hookups via HDMI to our digital projector from the front of the auditorium or from inside the projection booth for presentations.
Theater 1, with 75 seats and stadium seating, is perfect for small to medium sized gatherings. Theatre 2, our spacious 132 seat auditorium, is ideal for larger groups.
Our spacious lobby, full concessions bar, and great film décor offer the perfect place for a post or pre-event reception.
PFC’s Limelight Cinema at 1416 Cornwall Avenue, in our original location, is the perfect venue for an intimate private party. PFC’s Limelight Cinema has new seats and a digital projector with a stellar sound system. This 70 seat theater is a film goers dream.
Rates
PFC’s Theatre 1: $150 per hour (75 Seats)
PFC’s Theatre 2: $250 per hour (132 Seats)
PFC’s Limelight Cinema: $125 per hour (70 Seats)

Concessions
A whole range of concessions are available for your meeting or party needs, including our famous popcorn and flavor station, candy, gluten-free treats, sandwiches, and more. (Unlimited popcorn and fountain drinks for your guests can be made available for an extra fee with any rental agreement.)
Availability
Most rentals of PFC’s facilities take place during hours that lie outside of regularly scheduled show times. This is due to our commitments with film distribution companies. These times are typically before 1 PM Monday through Thursday, or after 9 PM Sunday through Thursday. Weekend times can be arranged. However, since every week’s schedule is different, all available times vary. Please contact us to inquire about the time you would like to book your event and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Group Screenings
For educational institutions and community organizations seeking to bring a group to see one of our currently running films, a special screening at a time more convenient for your group can be requested. For these screenings the group must include a minimum of 25 people in attendance. If you wish to bring a group of 10 or more to a regularly scheduled screening, you may qualify for a group discount. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Payment
Terms are 50% upon acceptance of contract, and the remainder is due at time of rental.
